The All-Inclusive Experience ticket includes appetizers and a drink at the Welcome Mixer on Wednesday, all of the content and materials for Thursday and Friday, Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday and Friday, Dinner on Thursday night as well as coffee, tea and water each day. It does not include your travel expenses—ex. airfare, lodging, and transportation to the event location.

The Next-Level Experience ticket includes everything in the All-Inclusive ticket PLUS the following:

 “Pizza & Powerplays” on Friday night in Adrienne’s Suite from 6 – 8pm, dinner will be provided.
“Goal-Crushing Gathering” on Saturday in Adrienne’s Suite from 8am – 12pm, breakfast and coffee will be provided.

Yes, all of the following meals are included in your ticket: Welcome Mixer (light appetizers and a drink), Breakfast on Thursday and Friday, Lunch on Thursday and Friday and a 5-Star Dinner on Thursday night.

The Next-Level Experience ticket includes additional meals for the extra time you will spend with Adrienne. Dinner will be provided during the Networking Session in Adrienne’s Suite on Friday night and Breakfast will be provided for the VIP Intensive on Saturday morning. 

The Welcome Mixer is on Wednesday from 6-8 pm. On Thursday and Friday, Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am. The morning session will start at approximately 9:00 am and the afternoon session will wrap up at 4:00 pm. You should plan to attend the entire day on both days. The Dinner Experience is on Thursday from 6-9 pm.

If you purchased the Next-Level VIP Experience Ticket, Pizza and Powerplays will be in Adrienne’s Suite from 6-8 pm on Friday, April 21st. The VIP Intensive + Breakfast will be in Adrienne’s Suite from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 22nd. 

The event will take place at The Conrad hotel, however you are not required to stay there. Once your ticket is confirmed we will provide you with a list of great places to book your stay that are nearby and range in price to fit all budgets. We will send hotel and travel information to you after registration. While you’re welcome to stay at any hotel or AirBnb, we highly recommend staying nearby so that you’re able to easily attend the experience on time and with little hassle.

We recommend flying into Nashville International Airport on Wednesday afternoon in order to arrive in time for our Welcome Mixer that starts at 6:00 pm. Please do not plan to depart before we end the event on Friday at 4:00 pm. Consider purchasing the Next-Level VIP Experience Ticket to extend your stay in Nashville! 

Sure! You are welcome to bring team members and colleagues with you to The Powerplay Experience – it’s encouraged! However, please note that all attendees must have their own All-Inclusive or Next-Level VIP Ticket.
