About Powerplayers Club
How long will I have access to the trainings and support?
This is a 12 month program, you will get access to our coaches and trainings inside The Club for 1 year.
What are my payment options?
You can pay in full for the year (and save $600) or choose the 12-month payment plan. You will be automatically billed each month on the date that you purchased for 12 consecutive months.
Do you outsource support to your staff?
No way! We don’t hire admins or assistants to answer questions in the Facebook group. Adrienne is THE expert and you get direct access to her in the group and on the weekly Power Hour Calls.
Can I purchase a mentorship for someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a mentorship for someone on your team.
We only allow one person in the Facebook Group, per member. If you purchased a membership, but would like someone else on your team to be in the group that is ok. We will not allow you and someone else on your team to be in the Facebook group at the same time unless you pay for both members.
When are the Power Hour Calls?
Power Hour Calls take place every Wednesday at 8am PT/11am ET.
All calls are recorded so you can watch (or listen on the private podcast) at a later time if you can’t be there live.
Occasionally they are held on different days, due to holidays, etc. The call schedule is posted in advance so you can plan accordingly.
Who is Powerplayers Club NOT for?
We are not eComm, Real Estate or brick & mortar strategy experts. However, all of the trainings are greatly beneficial to ALL types of businesses.
Note: Most ad platforms consider Realtors to be in a “special ad category.” This means that your targeting options are greatly limited. Because of that, not all of our trainings will work for your industry. While you will gain lots of valuable, usable knowledge, please know that the training will be only partially applicable for Realtors.
We don’t have specific trainings in the program for local brick and mortar based businesses, but we can talk about strategy and help with your targeting during the Power Hour calls and inside the Facebook Group.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Due to the nature of the services and trainings provided, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances whether you paid in full for the year or are on a monthly payment plan. By purchasing a mentorship you understand that you are agreeing to a 12 month commitment and that you will not be eligible for a refund. This is a 12-month program, not a monthly subscription.
Your access to the program does not automatically renew at the end of your 12 months. We will notify you 30 days before your access expires to give you a chance to renew for another year.
