Yes, but you will need to purchase a Bring-A-Friend ticket for them. Seating is limited at the event, so every person must have a paid ticket.

We have secured a discounted rate at several local hotels that vary in price range to fit all budgets. We will send hotel information to you after registration. While you’re welcome to stay at any hotel or AirBnb, we highly recommend staying at one of the nearby hotels that we suggest so you’re able to easily attend the experience on time and with little hassle.

You’re on your own for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will supply water, tea, coffee and light snacks at the event each day. The Wellspire is conveniently located within a 2-3 minute walk to several amazing restaurants so you can easily get a meal before, during and after the event. We highly recommend you upgrade your ticket and attend the Private Dinner Experience on Wednesday evening.

The Welcome Mixer is on Tuesday from 6-8 pm. On Wednesday and Thursday, doors open at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am start time and will wrap up by 5:00pm. You should plan to attend the entire day on both days. The optional Private Dinner Experience is on Wednesday from 6-9 pm. The optional Power Hour Sessions will be on Friday.

Why do I have to pay $100 to reserve my seat if I’m in the Powerplayers Club?

While this event is complimentary for Powerplayers Club members, a $100 reservation fee is required to hold your seat and ensure your attendance. This fee will be refunded upon your arrival at the event. If you do NOT attend the event for any reason, the $100 is non-refundable. This reservation fee only applies to current Powerplayers Club members who receive a free ticket.

What is the event schedule?

The Welcome Mixer is on Tuesday from 6-8 pm. On Wednesday and Thursday, doors open at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am start time and will wrap up by 5:00pm. You should plan to attend the entire day on both days. The optional Private Dinner Experience is on Wednesday from 6-9 pm. The optional Power Hour Sessions will be on Friday.

Can I bring my business partner/assistant/spouse to the event?

Are Bring-A-Friend ticket holders allowed to attend the Private Dinner Experience and/or Implementation Day?

YES! Guests are welcome to upgrade their experience by purchasing either or both of the optional event add ons.

Will you record the event?

COVID-19 GUIDELINES 

Please take care when traveling and arrive healthy to our location. We have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of guests staying at our experience. 

However, there is no way to eliminate the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that comes with an in-person event. By attending this event, you voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You agree not to attend if you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days prior to attending our retreat or display symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Bottom line, please be forthcoming to keep us all safe and healthy. Once onsite if you present symptoms or feel sick then we will ask you to self-isolate.

We ask guests to be respectful of other guests and our staff and keep a safe distance to your comfort level. Masks and vaccines are optional.  

Our event is under the jurisdiction of Metro Nashville and the Nashville Metro Public Health Department. We are subject to any mandates and will follow any public health orders accordingly. As of March 2022, there are no active mandates but are subject to change at any time.

Please note, if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness, your ticket is non-refundable. Should the event be cancelled due to changes in mandates by Metro Nashville and the Nashville Metro Public Health Department or circumstances outside of our control, we will reschedule the event and your ticket will be applied toward the new date.
